Usually, we see that fat people love food and because they love food so much they lose control with their eating habits. But loving food doesn’t mean that you have to abuse yourself or hurt yourself with it, instead, food should make you healthy and not sick. But most of the time, sickness are caused by food that we eat, which should not be, because food is one of necessities for survival and we need food to live. There is a wrong concept about loving food. Loving foods means you need to eat what can be good to your body and not hurt your body. If you are watching cooking show like the “naked chef show” in America, where the guy there is teaching us how to prepare food in a healthy way and what ingredients should we use that will give us the nutrients that we need.
But if you are losing weight, my advice to you is still love foods and don’t hate it. This may sound crazy and ironic but this is true. It doesn’t mean that you are losing weight you need to hate food and avoid them; instead you should embrace food and love them. Bad eating habit is the one that caused your weight gain but good eating habit can actually help you maintain a beautiful body and also help you lose weight. I’ve learn on one of the health experts actually she’s a nutritionist in one of the reality show that is entitled “Biggest Loser”, she said that to lose weight you need to eat. You might be wondering how that will be possible. This is how she explained it; she said that if you have already lose so much weight and you only eat less, your body will stop the burning process, which is the plateau stage as they call it, that’s why you need to tell your body that food is available by eating of course so that your body will not stop the burning process.
But of course, this is the type of eating that you expect. This kind of eating is more on nutritious food like tuna sandwich, steamed chicken, and vegetable. These types of food are healthy and low in calorie that’s why there’s nothing to worry about gaining weight. Losing weight is actually a matter of food choice. If you are eating the right type of foods, you won’t be gaining weight at all, because you will be getting nutrients instead of fats, carbohydrates, or calories.
